Kingfisher challenge FOODBible to Colossal Curry Challenge...

This month Kingfisher Beer challenged FOODbible to another colossal curry contest. This time foodie fanatic Kate Ovens travelled to Brighton’s beloved Chilli Pickle restaurant to take on the task. Chilli Pickle offers the residents of Brighton delicious, authentic and sustainably sourced Indian cuisine. The owners of Chilli Pickle, Dawn and Alun, fell in love with the food and culture after visiting the Sub-continent a number of times, spurring them on to share this love with their fellow Brightonians. Since conception they have won copious awards including Most Innovative Restaurant and Best Casual Dining at the British Curry Awards. We challenged Kate to take on the whole Pork Knuckle Vindaloo from their brunch menu; accompanied by green apple kachumber, aloo jeera, raita and a coriander butter naan all washed down with a bottle of Kingfisher.
