1. Eligibility: The Sapporo x Southampton Football Club Competition (“Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Kingfisher Beer Europe Ltd, Southampton Football Club, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Mechanics: To enter the Competition, participants must like the competition post, tag three friends in the comments and follow @SapporoUK on Instagram
3. Competition Period: The Competition ends on 6th January 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize: The prize consists of four (4) places in the Halo Suite at Saint Mary’s Football Stadium for the Southampton FC game against Sheffield Wednesday on January 13, 2024. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative event. Travel expenses are not included.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 10 working days of the closing date.
6. Verification: The selected winner may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria or provide requested verification within a specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Amendment and Termination: Kingfisher Beer Europe Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions.
8. Liability: Kingfisher Beer Europe Ltd, Southampton Football Club, and their respective affiliates, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever suffered as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
9. Privacy: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Kingfisher Beer Europe Ltd.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Promoter: The Competition is promoted by Kingfisher Beer Europe Ltd, Kingfisher House, 380C New Hythe Ln, Aylesford ME20 6RZ.
